The reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength and flexibility. The springs provide resistance from the machine and the rest of the resistance is provided by your own body weight. The springs hook on the spring bar, and different springs can be unhooked to increase or decrease the resistance. These group classes have a maximum of 5 participants and are by reservation only. Reformer classes are grouped together by instructor according to ability.
Our one-on-one private sessions are custom designed for each student. A variety of equipment will be used to achieve maximum results. Instructor will assess the student's abilities and goals and create a customized plan for each session.
Semi-private sessions are custom designed for two students. A variety of equipment will be used to achieve maximum results. Instructor will assess each student's abilities and goals to create a customized plan for each session.
We offer a variety of multi-level classes in our Back Studio. There are no reservations needed to attend these classes and drop-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or purchase one from the instructor. Access the Back Studio through the main building lobby through the double doors.
