We have two studios to meet the various needs of our clients. Our apparatus classes (reformer and private sessions) are held in the Front Studio and our group classes (pilates mat, yoga, dance fusion, and core) are held in the Back Studio along with our massage therapist and non-invasive body contouring services.
At GBPY, we strive to give the client the most challenging and safe workout for their ability. To ensure a class is right for your goals and abilities, we do an assessment and then group participants into the the class most suited for their level. The classes below are by reservation only. The reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength and flexibility. The springs provide resistance from the machine and the rest of the resistance is provided by your own body weight. The springs hook on the spring bar, and different springs can be unhooked to increase or decrease the resistance. These group classes have a maximum of 5 participants and are by reservation only. Reformer classes are grouped together by instructor according to ability.
Our one-on-one private sessions are custom designed for each student. A variety of equipment will be used to achieve maximum results. Instructor will assess the student's abilities and goals and create a customized plan for each session.

We offer a variety of multi-level classes in our Back Studio. There are no reservations needed to attend these classes and drop-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or purchase one from the instructor. Access the Back Studio through the main building lobby through the double doors.

This class that will shape and tone the body without adding bulk. As the name suggests, a large part of the work is focused on the core and abdominal awareness. Please wear tennis/workout shoes.
This Pilates Mat class will help revitalize and deepen your current practice or if you are new to the technique, educate you on the basic pilates exercises. Classes are based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and will go through a series of exercises.
Yoga basics is a beginning yoga class. The class moves at a slower pace so the student can learn and perfect their practice.
Monday morning yoga is an invigorating Hatha yoga class geared to align and calm your mind, body and spirit. The instructor will lead you through various poses that will leave you feeling energized, longer and looser.
Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body.
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. We will concentrate on teaching poses and correct positioning.
